We stock and distribute a range of closed cell non cross linked PE. Foam products manufactured from low density polyethylene resins with HCFC & CFC free gasses.
Polyfoam packaging is light weight, non abrasive, chemically inert, water resistant and environmentally 100% recyclable.
These qualities in a packaging foam make the product ideal for wrapping and packaging all items from your most intricate ornaments to treasured finely polished timber furniture. Polyfoam’s soft texture makes it the No1 packaging solution for all highly polished surfaces as well as providing cushioning against shock for fragile items.

Polyfoam is available in continuous rolls or can be slit & perforated to individual custom requirements. Polyfoam can also e converted into bags & sheets.

Specialty laminated rolls
- Custom laminated PE. Foam with a variety of materials
- LDPE backed PE. Foam greatly increases moisture barrier properties and tear resistance I.E. floating floor underlay
- HDPE backed PE. Foam increases tear resistance and enhances sealing resistance for bags etc.
- Foil backed PE. Foam in either aluminium or materialised poly increases insulating properties for bags etc.
Adhesive backed PE. Foam
- Available in 2mm thick and laminated with a low tack adhesive
Custom printed rolls
- Printing is available to offer medium to high volume users the option of having their poly foam packaging custom printed
Poly Foam PE. Plank
- Poly Foam planks are manufactured by therm-laminating layers of PE. Foam together to form the desired thickness
- PE. Foam plank is produced in sheet form and available in thicknesses from 15mm to 50mm
- Standard sheet sizes are 1.1m wide x 1.8m long, however longer sizes are available on request (minimum quantities apply)
