Polypropylene strapping band

Easily tensioned by hand or tensioning tools for a more secure tighter tension.
Best used for light duty bundling and carton closing.
Secure with your choice of Poly buckles, wire buckles or metal seals.
Supplied in a dispenser box for easy tidy dispensing.
Polypropylene strapping is long lasting, will not corrode and is resistant to abrasion.

Light duty band – Blue. Supplied boxed with centre draw

1. 12mm x 1000mtr rolls, approx. tensile capacity – 90kg.
2. 15mm x 1000mtr rolls, approx. tensile capacity – 130kg.

Machine band – Blue / clear. Supplied on rolls

Used with semi auto machines for light duty bundling and carton securing in high volume processing.

1. 12mm x 3000mtr rolls, approx. tensile capacity – 90kg

Heavy duty band – Black. Supplied on rolls

Mainly used to bundle cartons and heavier items together. Manually applied to heavier consignments and secured with metal seals.

1. 15mm x 1000m x .85 – 90mm thickness, approx tensile capacity – 200kg
2. 19mm x 2000m x .85 – 90mm thickness, approx tensile capacity – 300kg

Polypropylene strapping buckles and seals

We can assist you with the following seals and buckles;

1. Buckles – PP white, light weight — 12 & 15mm PP buckles
2. Wire – 15 & 19mm wire buckles, galvanised finish for heavy band strapping
3. Metal seals 15mm and 19mm – open flange and closed flange versions suitable for heavy duty use

PET - Polyester strapping

Polyester strapping (PET Strapping) is used for heavy-duty applications and is an economical and safe alternative to steel strapping. Polyester strapping has limited elongation capacity and high tensile strength, this strapping is ideally used for strapping heavy loads such as timber, tiles, bricks, pavers etc. Polyester strapping can be used for machine and hand applications and is suitable for PET seamless strapping tools and sealer tools.
